Apple has revealed when its new Mac devices and iPad Mini models will be available.
As we get closer to the end of the year, Apple is preparing to launch its latest products. According to reports, new Macs with M4 chips and the updated iPad Mini will be introduced at the end of October and are expected to go on sale on November 1.
The new models include a basic 14-inch MacBook Pro, high-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with M4 Pro and M4 Max chips, a new iMac, M4 and M4 Pro Mac Mini, and an updated iPad Mini.
What's Coming in Early 2025?
There was no mention of a new base iPad, which might mean the iPad 11 won't get an update in 2024. Analysts have also suggested this model might not be refreshed this year.
In the first half of 2025, Apple is expected to release:
- 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with M4 chips
- A new iPhone SE
- Updated 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Air models
- A new Magic Keyboard for iPad Air
- An updated AirTag
Apple is also working on new Mac Studio and Mac Pro models with M4 chips. The Mac Studio might launch in mid-2025, while the Mac Pro is expected later in the year.
